Sonny Dykes

What are the major drawbacks to hiring Sonny Dykes? I certainly think the positives outweigh the negatives-- He is a West Texas guy, comes from a great family, extremely likable, damn good football coach, has recruited well at SMU, is innovative, a proven winner, and very experienced. I'll hang up and listen.
