I love the idea of bringing in Neal Brown or Seth Littrell, but let me explain why I slightly prefer Littrell.
1) I think you can keep the defensive staff in place if you want. Gibbs and Spav are tight with Seth, so that's an easy sell. This is a group I really like and has showed progress thanks to some solid talent evaluation. It would give you some continuity that should help in retaining current players and recruiting relationships.
2) Similar to the continuity and recruiting comment in #1, I think Seth's offensive staff could plug and play at Tech a lot easier than Neal's potential group. They have already built relationships in Texas, so they could hit the ground running.
