According to documents we obtained via an Open Records Request, Texas Tech offensive line coach Brandon Jones signed a new two-year contract on Jan. 11 worth $325,000 annually.

The university does not have contracts in place with Clay Jennings ($250,000 annually) or Brett Dewhurst ($150,000 annually) yet, but they did sign offer letters and those were made available to us via our request.

David Gibbs' annual take-home from Texas Tech over the next two seasons is $650,000. His deal looks to be fully guaranteed if he is fired without cause. He would owe the university a buyout of varying amounts - depending on when and whether it's inside the Big 12 - if he leaves for another defensive coordinator position in college football.
