Our five losses came to the most dynamic and multi-faceted offenses in the league, teams that can move the ball on the ground, through the air, utilizing a variety of explosive playmakers. The lone exception to this is West Virginia, which wasn't a very good passing team. However that game was close, and the loss was due more to our offensive inefficiency that day than our defense getting mowed over.

Our notable wins came over the more run-heavy, one dimensional teams in the league along with run-heavy Arkansas. For the most part, these teams put up big rushing numbers against us. The lone exception was KSU, which we somewhat limited.

Our bowl opponent is anything but a dynamic offensive threat, relying on a Heisman-level running back for their offensive production. Undoubtedly he will gash us for 300 yards, but this may not matter.
