I imagine there will be some forced changes to this staff in order to appease some blood lust over little or no progression. I imagine on the defensive side Gibbs will get to bring in some guys. I also wouldn't be surprised to see Jinks take a better offer. I don't know how he is perceived in college coaching circles but RB play has been only bright spot (besides Mahomes) past 3 seasons and his reputation as HS coach probably helps. With all the openings and changes, surely someone will give him a hard look.
I am all for wr coaching change based on WR play as well as stellar recruiting tactics in the Stidham debacle. If he is available and not added to all the new staffs, we should try and add Trooper Taylor. Dude plays the game and sorry that will surely offend some of our righteous holy rollers but if we ever want to be better than bad in this day and age we have to.
All for starting over in strength and conditioning as well. We physically look like a high school team out there. Compare our recruiting classes to others and compared to the number of players getting into the NFL and we are doing it wrong. I believe only Iowa state has less nfl players than us and believe they have put more in the league last 5 years than us.
