So for the sake of argument let’s only include restaurants in at least 2 cities. Let’s also exclude “steakhouse” places... I think we all agree there are some great steakhouses but I’m trying to identify a place that’s outside that category.
Reason I ask is because I’ve tried a few places lately that are like 3 or 4 Texas only places lately and they’ve kinda sucked. I would categorize each as “trying too hard”.
