I don't think I've seen this site as quiet regarding NSD as it is now. I mean we are getting more activity regarding preferred walk-on offers than actual commitable offers. I think part of it has to do with the fact that we have 20 commitments of which 13 are currently on campus. That said, we still have 5 openings in this recruiting class. With a week until NSD where does the 2017 recruiting class stand?
- What We Know: We have 20 commitments (12 commitments are currently on campus) and we are in contention for Samuel Barnes. Also, we have been informed of two visitors this weekend (Elijah Walker and David Aneuh (?) HS defensive end)
- What we don't know: Will we have additional visitors this weekend? The RRS staff thinks we are in the market for one or more graduate offensive linemen. At this point the only name out there is the linemen from USC who apparently has a number of schools looking at him.
