So I just bet on Tech football

My buddy went to Oregon State and bet me that they will have a better final football record this coming season than Texas Tech will. I of course said that there was no chance. The bet does not involve money but rather a day of embarrassing acts at the winners discretion.

So I have two questions for all of you. One, did I make a good bet? And two, what should I force him to do when I win?
