Some folks have been harping about Wells not keeping some of Kliff's coaching staff around. But seeing him bring in a staff of folks accustomed to working together on recruiting with a clear vision of what they are looking for, a target list from their last gig, and apparently a good pitch, I have to say so far, so good. As always it's the final result that will tell us if this group can change trend from the past few regimes.
Kliff was handicapped by the revolving door of staff that came through here. No continuity for the recruits to base their decisions on. I am hoping the new team of coaches will be able to address that issue and change the dynamic.
