Just had a buddy complete a smoker for
@Fearless Matador before Saturday. Cut it a bit close on getting it done, now I am just seasoning it. Does anyone have tips on seasoning a smoker that I haven't heard of yet? I have vegetable oil all over the inside and have burnt 2 separate fires around 400-500 degrees for a couple of hours each time.
