While Michigan is now the equivalent of the Astros for NCAA football, it has caused me to wonder why the NCAA D1 schools haven't joined the NFL in using headsets and helmets with receivers.
It would eliminate many problems including the stupid sign boards and the trainers holding up sheets to block them from spies.
There certainly isn't a lack of funding that makes this un-doable. So why not join the state of the art electronic age?
