The TCU thread about them reading our signals got me to thinking about the signboards (the ones divided into quarters, with 4 pictures and 4 different colors on them). Can someone do a little primer for some of us who do not know exactly how these are used. How do the kids on the field read them, do the "hot" signs change from down to down, etc.
