Sorry if already posted but this lays out all the proposed rule changes. Heard alot about the going to 10 coaches and August player limits but I had not seen the proposed rule change for redshirts. Would make it similar to the medical where they would have to play 4 games rather than a single snap to lose the redshirt option.
