siap: OL commit Hocker offered by A&M today

Fwiw, Hocker does not really like interviews and respectfully declined my request.

He did camp with A&M this spring before committing to Texas Tech in early June.

My thoughts? He is set to enroll early, but another visit to College Station would be cause for concern.
