SIAP: New Chair & Vice Chair Names TTU Board of Regents

If this hasn't already been posted. We knew Lancaster was the new Chair, but today they officially named the new Chair and Vice chair for the board. Per original reports from Leeson, this means one of the 5 that informally express no confidence in Duncan is now the Vice chair:

Texas Tech University System Board of Regents elected Tim Lancaster of Abilene as chairman of the board. The regents elected Chris Huckabee of Fort Worth as vice chair
