SI: Cardinals believe they've found their McVay

Interesting column on the NFL coaching carousel from SI's Albert Breer. Much of the focus is on Kliff. What I didn't know is Arizona GM Steve Keim actually was the one ready to hire McVay three years ago but Bruce Arians, who was going to retire, decided to stay.

So you can't really question Keim's instincts.
