I have to give you BIG props man! Great staff interacting with me but I have never been to a Dickies bbq feeling that was excellent. I like the hole in the wall joint, Austin smoke houses and San Antonio places. I am a big fan of your joint now sir. Didnt ask for it but got great burnt ends and char and the brisket was not fatty and perfectly elastic.
Guys in the metroplex, swing by and give them a try. I have been looking for good bbq joint with old school smoking. 100% will continue to support your business in the future.
