There's no basketball player that can pivot like the talking heads on Fox News can pivot. In just a matter of days, they went from the stance of it being not much more than the flu and a political ploy against Dear Leader to a global pandemic that must be taken seriously.
You could certainly argue that their earlier reporting that basically dismissed COVID may eventually cost lives especially to an older population who can't see through Fox's propaganda and take what they say as gospel.
How do they look themselves in the mirror? How do they sleep at night knowing they wield a lot of influence and grossly misused it in the name of politics?
People want to blame the "hysterical mainstream media" because that's what groupthink does. Well, the "hysterical mainstream media" has been mostly spot-on in their reporting and have certainly been more responsible than Murdoch's Clowns were in pandering to their base.
