ShaggyBevo.com name changed to ShaggyTexas.com due to UT protecting trademark

Don't know if there's any kind of official link or anything other than this thread at this point but the writing is on the wall: new Texas AD Steve Patterson is continuing his "get as many people pissed at me as possible" grand tour by calling in the "Bevo" trademark and forcing ShaggyBevo to change their name.

I understand protecting trademarks but this seems like something that could have been worked out with a pretty minimal licensing agreement of some sort.
