Seat Geek Question

I bought two tickets to the ACU game through Seat Geek. The tickets are yet to show up via email or in the app. They say something about ticket issuing institutions sometime not releasing tickets until just before the game.

Have any here received their ACU tickets from Seat Geek? If so, when? What’s my redress?
