Say PAC 12 or ACC call Tech tomorrow

I'm curious what others thoughts on this would be. Say the PAC 12 or ACC called Texas Tech tomorrow and said we want you to join our conference in 2018, should Tech leave now without knowing what will happen to this conference in 2025? Assume buyouts are taken care of, and no other institutional lawsuit prevents us from leaving. What do you do? Do you look out for number one and go, since by all accounts it looks like this conference will eventually collapse or do you sit tight and wait to see what happens with the Big 12?
