UPDATE 12/28: Against Ole Piss, Sarodorick rushed for his 40th TD to finish lone 3rd all-time behind Gray (45) and Henderson (50).

He finished 9th all-time in rushing yards with 2,664 behind Isaac, Hadnot, Henderson, D-Wash, Bam, Williams, Gray, and Hanspard. He also finished 13th all-time in total yards from scrimmage with 3,190 behind Hadnot, Woods, Grant, Batch, Welker, Anderson, Bam, D-Wash, Gray, Williams, Hanspard, and Henderson. Also also, finished 4th all-time in total TDs behind Williams, Gray, and Henderson.

He has solidified himself as one of the greatest, toughest, most consistent Texas Tech football players OF ALL TIME. 2 star deez nuts, Rivals.

UPDATE 11/26: Against OU, Sarodorick passed Bam Morris for lone 3rd all-time in rushing TDs with 39 and will finish only behind James Gray (45) and Taurean Henderson (50).

He also passed Larry Isaac, Carlos Francis, and Michael Crabtree for 13th all-time in yards from scrimmage with 3,182 with a good chance to pass Hadnot if he chooses to play in the bowl game. The guys he’s behind? Hadnot, Woods, Grant, Batch, Welker, Anderson, Bam, D-Wash, Gray, our Ricky, Hanspard, Henderson.

He only needs 37 rushing yards to pass Larry Isaac for 8th all-time in rushing yards. I imagine he’ll reach that as well if he chooses to play in a bowl game.

All-time great, Sarodorick Thompson. But you can call him “Sir”.

UPDATE 11/13: Against Kansas, Sarodorick passed Baron Batch for 9th all-time in rushing yards with 2529 yards. He also passed Ricky Williams and tied Bam Morris for 3rd all-time in rushing TDs with 37.

He only needs 34 rushing/receiving yards to pass Lloyd Hill for 16th all-time in yards from scrimmage.

This can’t be talked about enough. Incredible career.

UPDATE 10/30: Against Baylor, Sarodorick passed Eric Ward and Jarrett Hicks for 17th all-time in yards from scrimmage with 2889 yards. He’s still 10th all-time in rushing yards but only needs 87 to pass Baron Batch.

Original post 10/23: Posted this in another thread. Yesterday, Sarodorick passed Nehemiah Glover for 19th all-time in yards from scrimmage with 2823 yards.

The names of the legends he trails (in order from 17th to 1st): Ward, Hicks, Isaac, Francis, Crabtree, Hadnot, Woods, Grant, Batch, Welker, Anderson, Bam, Washington, Gray, R Williams, Hanspard, Henderson.

Where he ranks in rushing stats:

Rushing yards: 10th (2349) only behind Batch, Isaac, Hadnot, Henderson, Washington, Bam, R Williams, Gray, Hanspard.

Rushing TDs: t-4th with Ricky Williams and only behind Bam, Gray, and Henderson.

While Sarodorick hasn’t had a huge breakout season like most of the guys above, his consistency alone is enough that his name should now be mentioned with the all time greats. I get that numbers aren’t everything, but just imagine where he’d be on these lists had he been in a potent offense his entire career here.

Texas Tech legend Sarodorick Thompson but you can call him “Sir”.
