Disaster Restoration company seeks a Production Manager.
The position will responsible for managing all mitigation and contents restoration activities. Must be customer service oriented and team player. Will be responsible for assisting the team in reaching goals - revenue, margins, average job, safety, closing ratios and customer satisfaction.
Candidate needs to be highly motivated to serve customers and motivate the team to execute the plan. Routine reporting KPIs to the GM will be required.
Specific industry experience not 100% required if there is a strong service industry background, customer service training and so forth. Will train the right person who is eager learn and quickly adapt.
Company is rapidly growing so opportunities abound for go getters.
