Rrs running deadly slow

Been going on for over a month. Takes forever for pages to load. 90% of the time when I click on a topic it will go to a white screen or take me back to the forum menu.

Happens both cell and laptop.

Any fixes for this or is Yahoo just as shitty as we all believe it is?
