My wife and I are selling our Lubbock house that we have been renting out for the last year. It should be officially listed on the market today or tomorrow, but I want to go ahead and put this out there for anyone looking.

New A/C installed last summer, water heater in 2012, stove top changed in 2012, guest bathroom remodeled in 2013

The tenants who have been living there for the last year have asked to stay for another year beginning April 1, so you won't have to worry about keeping it occupied for at least a year. They have always paid on time, and have not given us any trouble.
