The old saying goes doing the same thing over and over thinking things will change is insanity. I get they have deep Tech ties and deserve respect. But not only is our athletic leadership stuck in this case of denial, so are the head coaches.
I don't care whether it is respect for coaching colleagues or just comfortability in doing the process over and over because it has worked in the past. In the case of WBB, it feels as if we can not compete in talent acquisition, conditioning and effort, and often in game management. In baseball, there's a proven over several seasons lack of performance from our pitching staff, and some very questionable coaching of base running.
Changes are in order...whether the HC or the AD makes them is not the question...the question is will we actually do it.
