Without getting too much into the details do any of you fine gentlemen know a good child custody lawyer in the Lubbock area? Had some shit go down with the ex and her husband last night and would like to pursue full custody of my 5 year old.
(Long story short he came home wasted and verbally/physically assaulted her by shoving her down, cops were called and so was CPS as their newborn was with them when it occurred. Thank god my little girl was with me for her birthday)
