Interesting for several reasons, not the least that he was Trump's nomination to be the first ever black Chief of Staff of any of the branches of the military in US history. He was sworn in by Mike Pence. Four years later and Trump wants him gone and calling it a DEI hire... again, Trump promoted him himself before he climbed to the Joint Chief. General Brown has been outspoken in his support of Israel and Ukraine. I guess that the shift towards Russia over Ukraine is his real undoing.
