Ok, enough with this crap.

If you don't want to be on RRS, don't be, but PLEASE spare me the drama of how things WERE on RRS or with the program, or how the program will never break through, etc.. ENOUGH!

These are the facts:

1.) I, like many of you, will be a Red Raider until 15 minutes after I'm dead. I have 3 degrees from Tech. My Grandfather went to Tech, My Dad went to Tech, my two brothers went to Tech, my kids will go to Tech if they want me to pay for it. God blessed me to be a Red Raider and a Red Raider I will remain. Tech is a special place populated, surrounded and loved by special people. My passion for Tech and Tech Athletics will never wane or falter.

2.) Tech has one of the best TV audiences/fan bases in College sports and one of the largest alumni bases in DFW, and that ladies and gentlemen is why we will never be left out of the P5 conferences. We've got TV's and that's revenue, and, unless something drastically changes on how the networks get revenue, that's what it's going to take to be in the P5 club. See ya TCU/BU, etc. who don't have enough fans. Enough with the sky is falling threads please.

3.) Dickens and Level and the crew are doing the best they can with what KK is giving them. Sux, but not RRS' fault on content lately. And frankly, there's only so many ways you can say we have no defense and things aren't getting better. Trying to find something positive to say about losing 66-59 is like trying to pick up a turd by the clean end. They're doing the best they can, and I for one appreciate their continued efforts. Basketball content has been great.

4.) We're a middle of the road team right now. Hardly the first time in history for you young ones, nor will it be the last. But for all of you that don't remember, when Leach got here, we could barely recruit 2 stars. We had Iowa State type classes coming in. Things aren't perfect right now but way better than they could be. And note that we're half way there. Our Offense is elite, and if our D ever gets a pulse, we're going to challenge for a conference title. I hope KK is the guy to get us there, but if he's not, we will get there again. Enough with this "we'll never...." stuff over and over. Life is too short to be so negative.

Now go home, kiss your significant other, hug your kids (if you have any) have a beer or iced tea, realize how good you have it, and try and enjoy the rest of the season. Rant over. AND I WILL NOT GO KMS!!!!
