Pretty linear. Good recruiting creates a floor about 2-3 wins higher than poor recruiting.
Interesting that so many Midwest schools are in the “win with less talent” grouping. Supports the staff’s strategy of going after some lightly recruited OL from there.
The question for me is: great, you have a higher floor. How do you create the higher ceiling? Do we have the athletes, development program and coaches to consistently generate 10+ win seasons?
