Recommendations of jersey sizes for the UA Black TTU Mahomes jersey?

I haven’t brought a Under Armor TTU jersey yet, so I wanted y’all’s recommendations on jersey sizes. I’m stuck between a large and XL. One question, are the sleeves really baggy for those who have brought a tech football jersey?

I’m 6 foot 3 and 198 pounds. Thanks in advance RRS fam!
