The man is all about inclusion....instead of looking at former players as something not to be bothered with, sees them as ambassadors that can help build a program's culture.
Everything (and I mean everything) about what Beard is doing is impressing me. I still can't believe our luck in getting him (thanks to Oklahoma State picking Brad Underwood over Beard - Underwood may work out well for them but I'm tickled we have Beard).
