Real estate question

I recently purchased a property. Had property inspected Closed and for three months I had renters in property. After they moved out I discovered some things that I would think inspector should of caught. Am I screwed here or should my agent, or inspector pay for these repairs, The realtor said when renters moved out they would clean paint and make repairs before we moved in. They did paint and clean and repair some minor items.
