I really hope Kliff allows Bowman to keep on some of these read option plays going forward. I rewatched the Lamar game and even if we only pick up 5/8 yards before Bowman decides to slide it would still keep the linebackers and dline in check so they can't over pursue on every run play. It does us no good to act like we are going to have a read option but never use it, it's worthless and just a run play at that point. That is something that I've never understood with Kliff and his play calling.
