From what I understand the Patriot Act will be coming to an end tonight primarily due to Rand Paul's effort. I'm sure a bunch of you think this is the end of the world, but I am in favor of it. The Patriot Act has monitored citizens more than it has helped catch any terrorists and some people say it hasn't helped catch any. Obviously the government will continue to intrude on individuals privacy but at least it is now becoming more illegal again and the bulk collection will hopefully stop. What do yall think and what do yall think this does for Rand Paul's presidency option?
