So I want to send a letter out to all of the Athletic Directors within probably a 200 mile radius of Amarillo inviting their teams, squads, bands, etc to stop in at 7 Bar and Grill in Amarillo for either pre or post game food at a discount. We have had a few teams stop in last year, use the private room in the back, eat, watch High School Spotlight and then head home. How do I access a database or gain access somewhere that I could send emails to everyone? Is it better to type a letter and mail it the old fashioned way?
