Anyone interested in running the Texas Independent Relay April 1st weekend?
My team lost someone to injury and might look to add another person. We are mainly all from the Dallas area and will be leaving Friday April 1st from Flower Mound around 5pm and then returning Sunday evening. We are mixed team and don't plan on trying to win, rather just finish. Most run a 10K between a 7:45 to 8:45 minute pace with one or two over 9 minutes. A runner should expect to run 3 or 4 times between 15-19 miles
I'm doing this for charity so 90% of the cost are paid for so it would be minimal in cost. If interested let me know and I can get you some details as we should know by Friday if we are adding an additional runner
