May not deserve it's own thread but I wanted to hear what those in the know had to say...is it possible that a fix for this staff is getting another coach like Jinks? Someone with proven HC abilities? How does the hire of someone like Joey McGuire change things? At all? I know Emmett Jones had some HC experience but I'm talking about a guy that's had sustained success that could help Kingsbury on his path.
I think a lot of Kingsbury and recognize that he does have many shortcomings at this point but neither work ethic nor intelligence are among those.
