ISU is a P5 team, earning P5 money. Their fanbase is engaged and dedicated. The cost to live in Iowa has got to be cheap, even by cheap standards (state income tax though, barf). He can win 7-8 games every year and sit at God level status there. ISU can afford to pay a coach real money if he is successful. If he believes in what he is building, it would be really hard to to leave if I were him.
