Was Coach McGuire okay with him moving on or did he want him to stay? I am in the camp that thinks Kittley is a pretty good OC with lots of potential but I also think his approach is the opposite of what McGuire wants to build at tech. A really good defense and possession based Offense to rest the defense. Or what some might say; complimentary football.
