I would like to point out that we would be 7-3 (maybe 8-2 but that felt like a reach) with even (B12) average QB play this season. Losses for sure to Iowa St. and OU and pick one of UT and TCU or Ok St.
I understand our O-line is not what it needs to be but a somewhat mobile/accurate QB would have made all of the difference to this team. I am not a fan of Wells either but I am not going to deny the foundation that has been laid by him and his assistants from a talent standpoint. Now the question is, if he sticks around, will the players stay?
