Proud to say that my daughter will be a freshman at Texas Tech in Fall 2018. We live in Colorado and she was accepted to every university in Colorado plus the SEC schools that she applied to, but chose Texas Tech. She has never lived in Texas and only been to the Texas Tech campus for football games a few times.
This past summer my daughter took an official tour at Texas Tech and met some of the academic people on campus. Needless say the tour was very impressive and the academic people were excellent in their presentation of Texas Tech. We have really great people recruiting students to our University!
When it came time for my daughter to decide where she was going she said that Texas Tech and Lubbock felt like home. She will be a third generation Red Raider!
