It seems as though the Tom Herman hype train is in full effect. I'll say this, Texas has a lot of talent returning, and even with last year's staff, they should have improved in 2017. I'm just unconvinced that Herman is a good coach. He took a UH team that should have lost, at most, one game last season and turned them into 9-4.
