About 5 mi east of Snyder on highway 180, there is about 10 of these windmills that are drenched with oil from the top. The blades are covered with oil. Not exactly what you call a clean energy source.
Apparently, the seals on the turbines or generators are leaking. Hard to believe that all of these leaked at the same time.
