When you are posting here, please keep in mind who the audience might be. I noticed that he has been a member since 2012. I have seen shots at players over the years, and it's just not right to do so. You never know which parents are watching--both of current players and prospective ones.
I know one of the responses on this thread will be "every other team's message board does that." Well let's not be like everyone else. Let's be above it.
