For those that may be wondering. The area where our beach house resides made it through Harvey very well. Only minor bumps and bruises. In fact, Cinnamon Shore is open for business and ready to entertain.
If you really want to support the folks in Port Aransas, getting their economy going is the best way. The water has never been so blue in all my years of going to Port Aransas and the beaches are immaculate.

Pools, cafe and awesome staff are just waiting for all of us to return. Note, there are about 6 restaurants open and a few bars (including one of my favorites, Shorty's) in town. More coming over the next few weeks. There are piles of trash and boats still along the roadways as they work to recover, but several gas stations and the IGA are open.
