Despite the fact the popular vote means nothing in the grand scheme, Trump and his blind followers are butt hurt because he lost this vote to Clinton. They make excuses like millions of illegals voted (presumably all for Clinton), and Trump would have won the vote had it not been for California (as though we have ever cherry picked certain states to not count when voting). On a side note, I wonder if they said this same BS when Reagan and Bush won CA in 1980, 1984, and 1988).
Anyway, lets play this game that California should not count and erase the 3.4M vote edge Hillary had in California, the biggest Dem state. Well to even things out shouldn't we throw out the vote 800K vote edge Trump had in the largest Republican state - Texas.
You know what the net is? Hillary still wins the popular vote.
As I stated in a previous thread, it doesn't matter that Hillary won the popular vote. It doesn't make her sleep better at night, and it's not how we elect a President. I only posted this because I get tired of hearing people on this board whine about how CA shouldn't count and Hillary only won the popular vote because of California.
