Over the last six years, Republican gains have greatly increased from the state level up to now, where Republicans have almost complete control.
One point that was brought up in another thread, which I believe was not adequately explored, was policy and the benefits of policy.
So here is the question- assuming that a well functioning democracy and a stable society requires a robust, healthy middle class, and assuming the litmus test for policy is whether it helps or hinders the middle class in a democracy; which policies, exactly, have been enacted by the right, in the last six years, that have actually benefitted the middle class?
