Nothing surprising here, but it's clearly Duggar and Gute. Duggar borrowed the brass balls that Jacob Patterson found yesterday and pitched the best game of his Tech career. And Gute, what more needs to be said. What was he, 2-24 in the postseason up to that point? He's clutch, and you can fvck off if you think differently. One of the greatest players to ever wear the Tech uniform, and will, someday, have his number retired and be on the ring of honor at The Law.
Honorable mentions to Gingery, who will possibly be forgotten in this game due to the length; Tyler Floyd for throwing out the runner at 2nd and not letting any balls get by him with runners in scoring position multiple times. And last but not least, Bo Altobelli for telling the ECU pitcher and first baseman to eat shit.
On to Sunday, we railroad ECU into oblivion and make our second trip to Omaha in 3 years.
Guns up!
