Starting this fall, Mahomes’ Gladiator logo will feature at center field at Jones AT&T Stadium in Lubbock.
The move is part of a new 10-year deal signed between Mahomes, Adidas and Texas Tech.
Adidas has become the official footwear, uniform, apparel and accessory partner of the Red Raiders.
As part of the agreement, Texas Tech will release co-branded apparel featuring Mahomes’ Gladiator logo.
It is the first time an Adidas athlete partner's logo has been featured on official collegiate apparel.
Texas Tech previously had a two-decade apparel partnership with Under Armour.
"I wouldn't be where I am today if it weren't for Texas Tech and I'm proud to have helped bring Red Raider Nation into the three-stripe family," Mahomes said.
"Today is just the beginning of an incredible partnership with Adidas."

All eligible student-athletes at Texas Tech will have the opportunity to join Adidas' NIL Ambassador Network.
Mahomes played for Texas Tech from 2014-16 before the Chiefs selected him 10th overall in the 2017 NFL Draft.
This year, NCAA football teams are allowed to have corporate logos on the field of play for the first time.

"This change allows schools to generate additional income to support student-athletes," NCAA president Charlie Baker said in a statement.
"I'm pleased that we could find flexibility within our rules to make this happen for member schools."
Mahomes has had a long-standing relationship with Adidas.
“This is a monumental day as we align the power of Texas Tech Athletics with a global brand like Adidas and a generational athlete like Patrick Mahomes, a proud Texas Tech alum,” Texas Tech director of athletics Kirby Hocutt said in a statement.
